Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Asset Manager to oversee the acquisition, tracking, utilization, and disposal of company assets. The Asset Manager will ensure assets are properly recorded, maintained, and optimized to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s asset registry and inventory records
• Monitor asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and documentation of all assets
• Coordinate asset audits, physical counts, and reconciliations
• Monitor asset utilization, depreciation, and condition
• Recommend asset replacement, repair, or disposal when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
• Prepare regular asset reports for management review
