Position: Asset Manager (Japanese Speaker_JLPT N1) Open to relocate to Malaysia

Salary: RM12000
Location: KL Central
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm / 9:00am – 6:00 pm (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays)
◆ Role Summary
This position will correctly and efficiently manage client IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and ensure they are always in optimal condition
Main Duties
• Providing asset management services for customers
• Reviewing, updating, and integrating asset information
• Managing data discrepancies (MACD support)
• Checking the integrity of IB (product installation data)
• Supporting maintenance contract and license renewals
• Analyzing usage and providing optimization recommendations
• Compliance verification and customer support
