Asset Manager

Full-Time | In-Office with Some Travel Required

We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our Calgary office and oversee the performance of Bucci’s commercial and residential rental properties across Western Canada. This role ensures our properties consistently meet brand standards -clean, organized, highly responsive- and that each asset achieves strong financial, operational, and customer-service outcomes. The Asset Manager will play a key role in maximizing long-term financial growth, enabling superior leasing performance, and ensuring efficient operations across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual business plans for each asset, including revenue targets, operating budgets, and capital plans.
• Work closely with Accounting to review monthly financial statements, variances, and the receipt/disbursement of rent and deposits.
