Job Responsibilities:

IDC On-Site Duty & Emergency Response

 Perform 5×8 IDC data center on-site duty as required by Customer.

 Be able to quickly respond or arrive on-site for support during non-working hours in

accordance with emergency response requirements.

 Compliance & Integrity

 Adhere strictly to asset management regulations and customer policies on integrity,

compliance, and legality.

 Ensure all work processes are lawful and compliant.

 Strictly prohibit unauthorized code generation, data falsification, and

misreporting.

 Warehouse Entry & Exit Management

 Enforce strict access control and registration for personnel and assets entering and

exiting the warehouse, following asset SOP procedures.

 Asset Management Tools & SLA Compliance

 Be proficient in asset management tools and platforms.
