Job Description

As an Asset Management Officer (AMO) , you will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, on time, and represent best value. You will work closely with the Senior Contract Supervisor and liaise regularly with clients, councillors, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for your own area of work, ensuring behavioural, quality, and safety standards are met at all times
  • Manage allocated sites and report to the Senior Contract Supervisor
  • Liaise regularly with clients, councillors, contractors, and service providers to ensure effective delivery of works
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, to the required specification, and in compliance with service standards, codes of practice, and current legislation
