We are seeking an experienced Asset Management / Desktop Support Engineer to join a dynamic onsite IT team in Darwin CBD. This is a hands-on role supporting end users while ensuring effective IT asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT asset registers, inventory, and licensing records

• Conduct asset audits and ensure compliance with company policies

• Oversee IT stockrooms and monitor consumables across sites

• Coordinate dispatch, receipt, and movement of IT assets

• Provide Level 1–2 desktop support and hardware troubleshooting

• Manage tickets (incidents & service requests) within SLA
