About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Asset Management Analyst to support the performance and operational strategy of a growing multifamily real estate portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in multifamily asset management, financial analysis, renovation oversight, KPI review, and data‑driven decision making.

You will be responsible for diagnosing property underperformance, leading financial and operational evaluations, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure assets meet financial, operational, and strategic goals.
