Asset Data Manager

The Asset Data Manager serves as the critical bridge between Capital Construction and Facilities Maintenance. This role ensures that the client's master building portfolio asset data housed in client based CMMS (Hexagon) remains an accurate source of truth for all physical infrastructure and critical assets. By leveraging data analysis and assertive project management, the data manager oversees asset updates during project closeouts and helps to facilitate asset status and condition rankings on critical assets helping to also support Capital Program planning teams in their annual program planning and project prioritization.

1. CMMS Data Governance & Maintenance

* QA/QC Oversight: Supports the QA/QC of the master asset data set to ensure 100% inventory accuracy within the CMMS.
