You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality road maintenance outcomes. You’ll lead the process control, integrity, and optimisation of our Asset & Work Management (AWM) systems, making sure our contract data is accurate, and our crews are set up for success. This role can be full time or part time – minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, audit, and improve AWM databases to ensure top-quality contract data and performance.
• Develop and implement practical processes to validate, correct, and report on contract information.
• Mentor and support colleagues to enhance AWM data capture and team performance.
• Liaise closely with project teams, contract managers, and clients to deliver excellent results.
