We are looking for an individual who can work closely with Technical Operations and Compliance Managers, Country Account Managers and administration teams to ensure consistency in processes, systems and reporting, while supporting high levels of client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of asset management activities in line with contractual requirements, including asset registers, asset tagging, CAFM uploads and maintenance plans. Enhance asset management service offerings to add value to client assets. Lead the development of asset management documentation, including policies, objectives, Asset Management Plans (AMPs), Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) and associated procedures.
