Asset Coordinator

Overview

Our Major Projects group is currently looking to add an Asset Coordinator to our growing team, based in Headingley (Winnipeg), MB. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented asset coordination professional with experience in fleet or equipment management to oversee equipment data integrity, compliance, and asset coordination on active major projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records across all fleet management systems for equipment deployed on the project
• Ensure all project equipment is inspected on schedule in accordance with regulatory, CSA, and Valard standards; follow up to close any outstanding inspection gaps
• Serve as the primary liaison between the fleet team and project management, coordinating equipment requests and escalating concerns in a timely manner
