Job Description:
  • The Assembly - Contractor is responsible for metallization and coating of glass substrates using deposition equipment to achieve required electro-optical surface conditions.
  • This role includes surface preparation, inspection, quality tracking, and safe handling of chemicals in a clean room and low-light environment.
  • The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to recognize multiple failure modes, and the capability to work independently with limited supervision.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant manufacturing experience or post-secondary education with related experience.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Ability to use a microscope for inspection tasks.
