Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electromechanical, and structural components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches) to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet dimensional and functional requirements.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and support root-cause troubleshooting.
• Support functional testing of sub-assemblies and finished products prior to hand-off.
• Maintain accurate assembly records, checklists, and production documentation.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times, including use of appropriate PPE.
