Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Assembly Team Leader to join our client's manufacturing team in Ajax, ON. In this role you will be responsible for leading Assembly and Assembly Support teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing budgets, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, extensive assembly experience, and a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes.

- Schedule: 7:30 am to 4 pm (M-T) 7:30 am to 12:30 pm (Friday)
