Process Coach - Final Assembly PowerUnitAs a Process Coach in Final Assembly, you will lead manufacturing teams while ensuring optimal production performance across our automated powertrain assembly lines.
You will serve as both a technical leader and people manager, supervising assembly operations, maintaining equipment uptime, and driving team performance to meet production targets while upholding the highest quality standards for powertrain components.You will oversee daily production activities and develop and execute comprehensive operational excellence programs.
Your role encompasses team leadership, production planning, quality assurance, and safety management, and you will maintain operational safety through team training, equipment oversight, and proactive management practices.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
