**Job Title:** Assembly Operator
**Location:** Taunton, MA 02780
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
**Pay Rate:** $20.31/hour
**Contract:** Temp-to-hire
**Position Summary:**
Join our team to assemble products per customer specifications and work orders, ensuring high quality and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ 1–3 years’ manufacturing experience preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred
+ Mathematical and measuring skills
+ Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
+ Able to lift up to 35 pounds
+ Comfortable working with cleaning solutions like Isopropyl Alcohol
+ Strong attention to detail, coordination, and manual dexterity
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
+ Willingness to use required safety equipment and PPE
