• The 2nd Shift Assembly Line Team Leader  in West Point, GA supervises team members and reports directly to the Group Leader.


• This role is essential in promoting positive team dynamics and demonstrating strong leadership.
• The Team Leader manages the production process within their designated area to achieve company goals while adhering to the company Vision, Core Values, and Employee Guidebook.
• Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training.
