Agri-Fab is looking for a strong candidate to be the Assembly Lead Operator at our Sullivan facility! Agri-Fab is a leader in the lawn and garden marketplace with shipments reaching around the globe.

Job Summary:Assists team members in following standard work in order to meet goals with respect to Safety, Quality, and Production.
Assists with training employees, facilitates employee suggestions to the 2-second lean program, and stays in constant communication with supervisor.Please note: Employees who are chosen for assembly Lead Operator roles must be willing to learn about all assembly areas and will be required to work on the assembly line as the needs of the company require.
Pay: Weekly pay, starting at $18.75 per hour.
This position is eligible to participate in the monthly production bonus program earning up to $230 per month.
