We are recruiting key Production Operatives for a well‑established manufacturing company in the Harlow area. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity after 12 weeks, in a clean, modern working environment, with full training and ongoing support.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours (unpaid breaks): Monday‑Thursday 07:55‑16:40
Friday 07:55‑15:25 (15‑min break + 30‑min lunch – both unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating semi‑automated machinery and equipment
  • Assembling products using small components and hand tools
  • Following step‑by‑step processes and digital instructions
  • Conducting quality checks throughout production
