Equipment Technicians are responsible for managing the maintenance and operation of machinery, including overseeing shift crews' activities such as conversions and scheduled or unscheduled repair maintenance. Their role ensures that proper maintenance procedures are conducted on all equipment, while also serving as a communications liaison between engineering staff on the shop floor, manufacturing supervisors, and equipment and process engineers.
