Managing subcon assembly engineering performance.

In your new role you will:

• Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of:
• Drive subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
• Full engagement in new product ramp‑up team and manage safe launch introduction
• Support technical capability assessment at subcon.
• Major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
• Drive together with subcon on assy yield improvement
• Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buy‑off procedure with subcon
• Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring
• Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities
• Manage assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP)
