We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assemblers at our Springfield, TN facility.
**Available Shifts & Pay:**
+ **1st Shift:** Start between 4:00 AM – 4:45 AM | $18.00/hr
+ _Note: Shift flexibility required. Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, with occasional overtime._
**Position Overview:**
Warehouse Assemblers perform essential tasks on the assembly line, ensuring the timely and accurate construction of products while upholding quality standards.
**Requirements:**
+ Frequently bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
+ Stand for 8–10 hours per shift
+ Comfortable working in areas with insulation
+ Able to complete tasks efficiently in a moving assembly line environment
