This position involves working efficiently through the batching method, where you'll cut, strip, crimp, or solder large batches of wires, ensuring smooth workflow across stations. You'll engage in manual or machine-assisted tasks, depending on station requirements, and receive comprehensive training to rotate between stations regularly.

• Build cables from scratch, including soldering tasks for those certified or upon certification.
