+ Must be able to interpret quality requirements.
+ Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
+ Must have proficient mechanical and electrical skills.
+ Must be able to use electrical test equipment (megohmeter, high potential tester, multi-meter)
+ Must have a knowledge of the use of hand tools.
+ Must be self-motivated.
+ Must be able to work independently with limited guidance.
+ Must be able to be work as part of a team.
+ Must be able to follow written work instructions/procedures.
+ Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
+ Must know and understand QSP 09, or manufacturing principles
+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft office)....
