Job Description
Candidate must be an extraordinary solder technician or operator that has used re-work equipment and has experience with surface mount components. Please submit candidates with at least 5 years experience soldering. Please do not send resumes with less than 5 years of soldering manufacturing experience. Please don't send people who jump jobs every year and don't meet experience requirements.
" Uses microscope to verify correct part placement and orientation, manually align parts before soldering and perform post re-flow inspection and touch-up.
" Able to identify and touch up poor wetted solder joints, solder voids / insufficient solder, solder shorts/ bridges, misaligned parts / leads, tombstoned and or billboarded components and any other solder defects that may occur during the SMT operation.
