Assembler

We are now hiring 1st shift Assemblers for our McPherson, KS location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures.



Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

• Assemble components according to blueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications to build, assemble, and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion.


• Accurately complete assembly checklists.


• Monitor stock bins in the work area and report stock needs to Shop Floor Lead(s).


• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.


• Adhere to the Code of Conduct.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
