**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on assembling mechanical components on a production line. Assemblers use a variety of hand and power tools, along with precise tape measure readings, to build and fit parts according to specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies for ambulances on a production line according to specifications and work instructions.
+ Use basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and pliers, to fit, fasten, and secure parts.
+ Operate basic power tools, such as power drills, to drill, fasten, and assemble vehicle components safely and efficiently.
+ Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure on a daily basis to ensure proper fit and alignment of components.
