This hands-on role involves assembling components, using hand and power tools, and ensuring products meet quality standards. **Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble pool heater components and finished units according to work instructions and specifications.
+ Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
+ Read and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and production instructions.
+ Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Meet daily production and efficiency goals.
+ Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues.
