This full-time position as a Production Operator, You will engage in various tasks including testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform testing and inspection of products.
+ Conduct light assembly and ensure machine operation runs smoothly.
+ Handle packaging of products efficiently.
+ Meet assembly metrics with precision, involving assembling hoses by hand.
+ Operate in a light industrial setting, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with assembly and using hand tools.
+ General production and packaging skills.
+ General labor experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to manage paperwork and onboarding processes independently.
+ Capability to perform basic mechanical tasks such as changing a tire.
