**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Shift - Days - 7:30 am to 4:00 pm**
**Location - Leduc**
**Wage - 23 - 25/hr.**
**Job Description**
This role involves disassembling, repairing, maintaining, and assembling downhole tools, specifically mud motors.
The work can be very hands-on and involves working with various tools and equipment.
**Responsibilities**
Disassemble downhole tools and mud motors.
Perform repair and maintenance tasks on tools.
Wash, buff, and paint tool parts.
Reassemble tools at the end of the process.
Use basic hand and power tools, heating torch, hand grinder, stamper, and micrometers.
Operate an overhead crane once trained.
**Essential Skills**
1 year of experience in oil and gas shop or machine shop.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Basic mathematical skills
Basic computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal communication skills.
GED or High School Diploma.
