**Key Responsibilities**
+ Read and follow simple blueprints, work orders, and instructions
+ Assemble parts using hand tools and small machines
+ Follow supervisor directions to meet production goals
+ Align, adjust, and position parts for proper assembly
+ Clean parts using approved cleaning tools and solutions
+ Inspect finished products for quality and perform rework if needed
+ Pack and label finished parts for shipment
+ Assist other team members by explaining assembly procedures when needed
