The Assembler II is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times. This role involves working with pulley, cable systems, machined products, and integrated circuits, and requires the use of basic hand tools for subassemblies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble products according to established routing times and Operational Method Sheets (OMS) to ensure form, fit, and function.
+ Conduct product inspections to maintain quality standards.
+ Perform audits at the workstation, including Tool Audit, Kanban Health Audit, and Card Audit.
+ Document quality issues and improvement opportunities within the PA Dashboard.
+ Process Kanban cards to ensure transactional accuracy.
+ Ensure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeled.
