Role and Responsibilities

• Assemble vacuum valves and valve component, with timely delivery of products in required quality

and at reasonable cost level (within planned cycle time)

• Perform functional leak test in accordance to specification. Troubleshoot and solve any leakage

issue during leak test process

• Perform final inspection and customized packaging for shipment

• Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 5S at work environment to

increase the productivity and maintain safety

• Timely perform maintenance on equipment, devices, jigs and fixtures according to schedule.

• Properly setup and handle equipment, jigs/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters

for assembly, test and packaging processes.
