**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
This role supports the production of high-quality aerospace structures, systems, and components by performing hands-on assembly work with sheet metal and related materials. You will prepare parts for assembly, build and fasten components using a variety of tools, and work directly from aerospace blueprints and schematics. The position is well suited for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, including those from automotive, composite assembly, or other mechanical backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform pre-assembly operations such as drilling and deburring sheet metal parts to prepare them for final assembly.
+ Assemble component parts by attaching and fastening parts together, including installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, and bonding components as required.
