**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Must be a team player with good work ethic to enable the team to hit production goals
+ Must be an integral/ contributing member on the 1st shift employee involvement team
+ Must help build a strong assembly team atmosphere
Qualifications
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Must be willing to cross train
+ Must possess good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination
+ Must be able to stand for 12 hours
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Must possess basic computer skills
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Must work within the “Industrial Equipment Production Guidelines
