Network Group Holdings is seeking an Assistant Optical Practice Manager for their practice in Midsomer Norton, Somerset. The ideal candidate will support the managerial team and have strong customer service and dispense skills.

Responsibilities include motivating staff, staff training, and administrative duties. Experience in optics is preferred but strong retail experience will also be considered. Competitive salary and bonus potential are offered.
