We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to take overall responsibility for the safety and operational performance of our asphalt plant in Billingham.
Key Responsibilities

Line management of on-site Plant Supervisors, providing leadership, support, and clear direction

Full responsibility for budgets and P&L management, including cost control and financial performance

Month-end P&L reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Experience running projects, including planning, delivery, and performance monitoring
