Alcozer Law Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Colombia team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate communication between the Manager and team members.
  • Schedule, manage, and keep the Manager's work schedule up to date.
  • Coordinate successful meetings for the Manager and work team.
  • Maintain fluid communication with clients and report on the status of their cases as appropriate, taking into account their requests and questions.
  • Design and develop graphic pieces according to the needs that arise.
  • Communicate ideas and needs fluently and clearly.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (a high level will be a plus).
  • Experience related to the position equal or superior to 2 years.
  • Academic background in Business Administration or related areas.

Compensation and Benefits
