Alcozer Law Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Colombia team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate communication between the Manager and team members.
- Schedule, manage, and keep the Manager's work schedule up to date.
- Coordinate successful meetings for the Manager and work team.
- Maintain fluid communication with clients and report on the status of their cases as appropriate, taking into account their requests and questions.
- Design and develop graphic pieces according to the needs that arise.
- Communicate ideas and needs fluently and clearly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (a high level will be a plus).
- Experience related to the position equal or superior to 2 years.
- Academic background in Business Administration or related areas.
Compensation and Benefits
