Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial programs and policies to meet business needs
  • Track the alignment of the Administration & Secretarial activities and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes
  • Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial processes and policies through ongoing support and solutions related to documentation, mail, routine reports, travel, appointments, operating office equipment, and general enquiry
  • Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to documentation, mail, routine reports, travel, appointments, operating office equipment, and general enquiry
  • Collaborate within the teams to support the employees at Galderma
  • Participate in driving transformation and change of Administration & Secretarial practices to maximize effectiveness and efficienc
