About the Role:
The IT Solution Designer – CMS & Web Technologies is a strategic role within Ferrero’s global Center of Excellence for Consumer Technology. The position exists to conceptualize, design, and support the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing IT solutions across a web platform hosting over 300 websites. It serves as a bridge between international business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into architectural solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
The role is responsible for:
- Designing and evolving digital services and web platforms.
- Ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines, service level targets, and IT standards.
- Managing platform upgrades and supporting service quality improvements.
