Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Operations Executive, you will:
- Assist with various procurement activities including requisition processing, sourcing, evaluations, and contract administration.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and documentation.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in monitoring service-level performance.
- Help prepare procurement reports and track key procurement data.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing events on procurement best practices.
- Participate in reviews and help identify areas for improvement in procurement processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
