Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Operations Executive, you will:

  • Assist with various procurement activities including requisition processing, sourcing, evaluations, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in monitoring service-level performance.
  • Help prepare procurement reports and track key procurement data.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing events on procurement best practices.
  • Participate in reviews and help identify areas for improvement in procurement processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
