AS400 Lead Developer

AS400 Lead • Primary skills:Technology->AS,400 technologies->MQ Series with AS400,Technology->AS,400 technologies->RPG • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an AS/400 Developer, working on RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, and DDS, with at least 3 years of team handling experience • Experience with modernizing AS/400 applications, such as refactoring legacy code, implementing web services, or integrating with other platforms. • Knowledge of IBM iSeries operating system and administration tasks. • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. • Understanding of software version control systems, such as Git or Subversion. • Certification in AS/400 or related technologies. • Lead and mentor a team of AS/400 Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. • Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for AS/400 applic...
