AS400 Application Developer

Role: IBM iSeries (AS/400) Developer

Location: Remote (Pan India)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain RPG/RPGLE programs and CL jobs on IBM iSeries (AS/400) for transactional and batch systems.

- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement stable fixes to minimize downtime.

- Optimize SQL400 and DB2 for i queries, file layouts, and program logic to improve throughput and reduce processing windows.

- Implement interfaces and integrations (service programs, stored procedures, APIs) for downstream systems and middleware.

- Participate in code reviews, release activities, and change-control processes;
