The boutique guesthouse Château des Chameaux (opening in October/November 2026) is looking for an experienced Ayurvedic Chef with a strong background in traditional Ayurvedic cuisine and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Ayurvedic specialties in accordance with Ayurvedic principles.
• Take responsibility for the breakfast service, including Ayurvedic dishes and a high-quality continental breakfast
• Prepare daily staff meals
• Create and prepare a variety of Ayurvedic and international soups, main courses, and desserts for the evening service at a high culinary standard
• Plate and present dishes with creativity and attention to detail
• Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and Ayurvedic nutrition concepts
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP) and maintain the hotel's high quality standards...
