JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal applicant will possess the following:-

  • Grade 12 qualification or an equivalent qualification.
  • NTC 2 or equivalent.
  • Qualified Artisan Diesel Mechanic (Trade test certificate).
  • Valid code EC driver's license and PrDP is essential.
  • Experience in maintenance of Iveco heavy duty vehicles
  • Above average working understanding and knowledge of bus electrical and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in all OEM campaigns and product upgrades to the vehicles.

JOB OUTPUTS

  • Major and minor services.
  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics using a laptop, be able to do the maintenance and repairs to faults to exact OEM standards.
  • Perform diagnosis and fault finding on a bus configuration and repair vehicles to OEM standards.
  • Carry out breakdowns recovery and repairs.
