Job Description
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI‑powered solutions—primarily through advanced system prompt engineering, LLM workflow creation, and automation design. This role focuses on building stand‑alone AI assistants and decision-support tools that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience across Operations and Support teams.
AI Development & Prompt Engineering
Design, optimize, and maintain system prompts, reasoning structures, and AI agent instructions.
Build scalable prompt libraries, templates, and standalone AI agents for summarization, classification, decision support, and knowledge tasks.
Run tuning cycles to improve accuracy, reduce errors, and align outputs with business rules.
AI Solution Design (Standalone Tools)
Develop self-contained AI tools and workflow-based LLM applications without system integrations (e.g., QA bots, SOP bots, evaluators).
