Lead AI Engineer

We're seeking an AI Engineer with 1+ years of professional experience to help design, build, and deploy next-generation, production-ready agentic systems—turning LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and evaluation pipelines into scalable products used by thousands of users. The ideal candidate will have finance based experience having worked on finance and AI based systems.
Core Responsibilities
Agentic System Architecture:
Develop intelligent agent frameworks including tool-calling, retrieval + memory mechanisms, evaluation/feedback loops, and strong safety/guardrail layers.
LLM Platform Engineering
Manage vLLM/Ollama or external API integrations, oversee prompt and policy lifecycle management, optimize cost/latency/throughput, and support multi-vendor resilience (OpenAI, Anthropic, OSS models).
Data Engineering
Build robust ingestion and normalization pipelines (tickers, contracts), handle corporate actio...
