Hiring: Generative AI Engineer | AI & Digital Engineering
We are expanding its AI & Digital Engineering team and looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions for global clients.
What You’ll Work On
Architect and build LLM-powered applications & GenAI workflows
Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
Implement LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT fine-tuning strategies
Integrate LLMs with enterprise data (SQL, APIs, documents, vector DBs)
Deploy scalable AI systems using Docker + Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Monitor latency, performance, cost optimization & reliability
Ensure AI governance, compliance & responsible AI practices
Collaborate with AI architects & engineering teams for global rollouts
What We’re Looking For
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face
Solid exposure to LLMs, Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning
