Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML ( Machine Learning ) engineering and digital workplace technologies is preferred.
Working knowledge of Python or SQL or ML frameworks.
Work under the guidance of the ERP/AI Director in delivery of AI-powered productivity features.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
AI & Automation Development
Optimize and deploy AI/ML models for tasks such as invoice processing, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting.
Integrate AI solutions with ERP, WMS, and digital workplace platforms.
Collaboration & Governance
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and AI ethics standards.
Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance and user adoption metrics.
