Executive of Automation Engineering, Product/Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineering Leads, RPA + Software Engineering teams

This role is the
Senior Strategic Partner
to the Executive of Automation and AI Engineering. It combines technical depth with operational execution to ensure AI and automation initiatives move from ideas into production-grade delivery.

Role Summary

The Strategic Operational AI Associate supports the shaping and prioritisation of AI use cases, converts those use cases into clear backlogs with clear success criteria and realistic tradeoffs, and introduces delivery transparency and accountability across the engineering function.
